I've decided to start off very basic by cutting down to 1500 this week and a 1000 next week then try 2468 or something like that. I'm going to workout at least 4 days a week. I used to workout everyday but then I moved in with my pot-smoking friend and I got lazy. and hungry from those god-damn munchies. I've gain five pounds since moving in with her. I've learned to control my munchies now though so I won't have to give that up. yay. My goal is to be 90 by christmas; they say the slower you lose the weight the better it stays off. Well, I thought I'd introduce myself (again) and I'm glad to be here.
